    Currently when you are setting up automatic call recording, there is only one option to record outbound calls ("Record Outbound Calls") and this means that all outbound calls from that extension, including internal calls to other extensions, will be recorded.There are many businesses which need outbound calls to EXTERNAL phone numebrs to be recorded, but they want internal calls to never be recorded. So please add a check box/dropdown option to select if ALL outbound calls including internal calls will be recorded, and another option for All outbound calls to external phone numbers only (calls within extensions/phone numbers on this RingCentral account won't be recorded)This option is available in most other phone systems including RingCentral's direct competitors. Please add this basic option for call recording.
