    I'm really frustrated by the loss of functionality in RCV, especially after being forced to upgrade from RingCentral Meetings. We often us RingCentral for tech support within our company. In RCM, I was able to take remote control to provide support, but that is not an option at this time in RingCentral Video. So, I tried to annotate the screen to show users which steps to take on - and that doesn't work in RCV either.Please prioritize bringing these two features back.
