We would like 1. the ability to add a custom fax cover sheet for our entire organization to use 2. Enforce that this is the only cover sheet our users can choose. At this point we have to send out lots of emails how to set up our custom cover sheet and every time the app is updated or we get a new employee the work starts all over. We aren't sure if all users are using our special custom coversheet, and because we have legal requirements, it's really important.
