Ability to assign Custom Fax Cover Page to all Users with Extensions (Company )

Hello, we would like to use our Custom Fax Cover page for the entire company, (users with extensions) We must provide a disclaimer on our fax cover page as we send faxes with sensitive data. Currently our only option is to assist each of our end users to use the RC App or RC Phone App walking them through adding the custom cover page, and using the application to send faxes. We'd prefer to use SMTP / email to send out faxes, but then it reverts to using the templates provided by RingCentral. Currently it is 'Contempo' but it does not include a disclaimer. This is VERY important to our organization!Thank you,

    I Agree. any company dealing with PHI will need to have this kind of custom fax template set for all staff.

    It is required by legislation to have our address and phone number on the cover page. This is currently not easily done with Ring Central's fax service.

    Allow more options (address, phone number, disclaimers) to be included as defaults to all cover page templates for all users.

    Hi development team, what is the update here, this was entered on 2021, and planned on 10/05/2022, it would be great to have this option available as soon as possible, especially for users that needs to have a Hipaa compliance cover sheet.

    Please add the ability to upload a custom fax cover page at the account level so that it is available to all user extensions and can be configured in a template.

    Any follow up on this issue? Trying to distribute and manage a word document for 200 staff with no ability to do so through the admin portal is ridiculous.Is it possible to disable individual default templates?

    We need our fax cover sheets to have a legal confidentiality statement in the footer area but there is no way to do that, other than add it in the notes field. Would be nice to be able to customize the fields of the cover page other than creating a separate word doc for each user.

    To have the option to Customize the cover page inside the application every time they send a fax instead of downloading and editing through a document file and then uploading it.
