    After our Company Greeting, there is a 9 second delay until our line receives an incoming call and starts to ring. It is easy to believe the call is not going through because of this delay, and could create confusion for the person trying to reach our office staff or agents. We would like this delay to be much shorter to avoid any confusion and to answer incoming phone calls quicker.
