    Fully agree with this request! In today’s communication landscape, RCS is the standard for enhanced messaging features like high-quality media sharing and message reactions, which are crucial for keeping up with modern expectations. It’s frustrating not being able to offer the same experience clients get with other platforms, especially when these features improve both personal and professional communications. Supporting RCS, both domestically and internationally, would ensure compatibility and bring messaging to where it should be in 2024.

  2. It would be great to have RCS Text Messaging capabilities integrated into RingCentral.
