Enable MMS / RCS International - RCS / Domestic
Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

It's been 2.5 years since this suggestion. Any updates? I continually find it embarassing that I cannot respond to clients the way they respond to us. Your development staff should be able to implement this with absolutely no issues... what is the hold up?

Agree with all other comments, RCS is now an industry standard and 'should' be cheaper to implement on an ongoing basis without the SMS gateway fees.

Yes, please to RCS! Text messaging is a big part of communication with our company truck drivers. It's a frustrating experience to text over SMS from RingCenral. Now that Apple has given in to the RCS standard, VOIP providers need to join in to keep up with the times.

In today’s communication landscape, RCS is the standard for enhanced messaging features like high-quality media sharing and message reactions, which are crucial for keeping up with modern expectations. It’s frustrating not being able to offer the same experience clients get with other platforms, especially when these features improve both personal and professional communications. Supporting RCS, both domestically and internationally, would ensure compatibility and bring messaging to where it should be in 2024.

This suggstion is over 2 years old. RCS is the standard for modern messaging apps. It's embarassing seeing clients respond to your message by liking it or using some other emoji/ reaction to acknowledge it .. while you cannot do the same for them and have to send another text. At this point it is making us consider another platform that is more modern.

This needs to happen. RCS is becoming the new messaging protocol and this is needed to ensure improved messaging with our clients and the ability to share higher quality and higher sized images.

Concur with this request. Almost every modern text messaging app is using MMS or RCS as the protocol. While at it, can you please enable reactions in messages - i.e. client sends a message and you can like it or apply a thumbs up emoji to let them know you have seen it as opposed to having to send an actual message back. I believe RCS would allow this.
