Currently, the default voicemail has a maximum of 3 minutes. We have a number of users that use voicemail to leave detailed messages and are getting cut off at the 3 minute mark. They have no option to continue, they have to call back and leave another voicemail. Why not extend to 5 minutes and avoid this issue completely? Users are frustrated that in the middle of leaving a message they are cut off, have to dial back in and pick up where they left off. This is a big problem for our users and disappointing that with all of the capabilities RC offers, extending voicemail isn't one of them.
