   Today, guests joining a meeting can do so entirely from the browser. Signed-in users are directed to the RingCentral app for the full meeting experience, including features like recordings, annotations, and AI Notes that aren't available in the older browser-only experience. We're continuing to look at ways to streamline this for browser-based joins.

   Guests joining from a browser now see a larger, clearer 'Join from Browser' option, making it easier to get into a meeting. We're also improving the browser join experience for guests on desktop and mobile, expected later this year (Q3 2026). See Joining a meeting from the browser.
