HI, we are a London based company and we offer a bath resurfacing service. We cover London, Bristol, Cambridge, Birmingham, Colchester, Reading, Oxford. We have local technicians in each cities. When wall call clients the RingCentral Caller ID shows as a London based number, and clients in these different cities does not want to book with us as they wanted to hire a local company. Sometimes the phone start to ring and hang up in 2 seconds, because it shows up on the client phone as it is a London based number and when I call back they say that they don`t want to book with us. They trust local people more. I would like to have an option to remove the location of the caller ID. It would help our business a lot. Please let me know if there is a possibility for that.
