Once a month our account owner gets an email for each line that automatic call recording was turned on, when the settings have not changed. I contacted support to ask why this was happening since he was getting concerned that something was happening in our account. I was told that this email is sent once a month as a reminder that recording is on. I think it would be a very simple solution to avoid confusion and wasted time for RingCentral's support staff if the email was changed to say Reminder: Automatic Call Recording is Turned On instead of using the same email every time and making users think that it was recently turned on.
