So that if the caller chooses my extension but I am on a call, they could have the option to press a number and connect back to the main queue, where another team member could pick up. Instead of hanging up and calling back.
When incoming calls to a single user / specific extension, and then follow to ring groups if the extension does not answer, I would like the original user / specific extension to be able to be added to the ring groups - so that the extension can continue to ring.
