The pop-ups in the platform telling me to try new features are absolutely horrible. It makes me think that RingCentral cannot possibly use its own product, because anyone using this would know how horrible it is and would remove them immediately. I need a phone, and I want to be able to answer it when it rings. The pop up inviting me to check a new feature literally prevents me from answering the f-ing phone, which is the only reason I have this on my computer. I do not care what new features you've added. I absolutely 100% do not care, and the pop ups make the experience really maddening to the point where I will recommend at every opportunity that we switch to a different provider.
