    I work in a busy retail store and transfer a lot of calls out front to the sales team. It's a big problem when someone ask me to take a message from the customer or put them on hold. I can't get the customer back after I transfer them to another extention. It goes through to voicemail and most customers don't like it and it doesn't help the sales person. It wasn't a problem with our old system. You could easily juggle calls. A busy environment needs this feature. I would seriously think about going back to our old phone system if this is not added.
