    One of the ideas was closed was to assigned custom cover sheets to users
    with extensions, i do not see where this has been implemented?

    P.S. if you NEED to use a custom fax cover you can use the Desktop Phone app to send your faxes, custom cover sheets are supported on that app. https://downloads.ringcentral.com/sp/RingCentralForWindows
