I am adding to this chain of posts regarding the compliance issues that we are facing in healthcare companies, due to the inability to establish a standard Fax cover sheet for all of our RingCentral users. We operate across multiple locations, but we have our medical records department centralized in our main office. It is a violation of company compliance policy and regulatory guidelines to use the kind of workarounds being suggested. This needs to be a standard part of configuration at the time of onboarding your new clients to RingCentral.
