The CNAM feature providing consistent Caller ID information is absolutely critical to any business that relies on outbound telephone contact as a means of doing business. The Caller ID feature significantly boosts the rate of Calls Answered.

Having a Call ID name displayed is absolutely essential. Without the ability to have our calls identify that our company is calling, calls are not answered. That leads to having to leave a message on voice mail, then schedule a callback, hoping that the customer recalls the number from the first message we left.
Even more frustrating is that Caller ID will display our name for an entire month (we call out to the same number every day at the start of our day to see if the Caller ID name displays), and then suddenly stop. RingCentral's response when asked why it would work for an entire month, then suddenly stop, is the usual, "RingCentral does not have an external Caller ID Name (CNAM) service for Canadian numbers" response.
This is now the second or third time I have submitted this feature request.
