    The ignore should be permanent or you should have the ability to change the length of time before it "interrupts" you again - even 20-30 seconds, or 1 minute, would be better than every 5 seconds.It looks like this has the ability to connect to emails, but if we're not using that function/feature, it's not fair to our email or chat clients while we're interacting with them, yet being bombarded by calls.
