    It’s that time again to put in our Holiday Schedule for 2026 on Ring Central. The process is very tedious and time consuming because we had to go to every site and apply the custom rule for all Holiday date ranges. So, I was wondering if we can have a feature request to allow Holiday Schedule to apply globally instead of us going through all sites and manually set the Holiday date ranges for each site. Just an FYI – we have 15 sites and 11 Holiday date ranges - see below. This feature will help us out significantly and reduce the time that we spend on setting the Holiday Schedule.

    When we had Mitel, we only had to apply the Holiday Schedule to the Main Site, and the Holiday Schedule gets applied globally to all sites.

    This feature will really save us time and this feature was accessible from our previous phone system (Mitel) so we are a bit disappointed that this feature is not currently available on Ring Central. I see that other customers already put in this feature request - see CUSTCOM-I-1595
