We have a number of staff having connected WhatsApp to their RingCentral DID's. Not sure the time frame in which this successful integration occurred, but trying to do so now fails with the "invalid number" notice.
I'll need to further investigate the RingCX option, but at first glance it doesn't seem to provide linkage to staff DID's.
