    We have determined that the MS Teams embeded app does not ring on a cell phone. Needing to have the RC normal application installed on all cell phones defeats the purpose of having the MS Teams embeded app.

    Currently the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Embeded App does not ring on a mobile device untill the actual RingCentral App is installed and logged into.
    It would be great to have the Microsoft Teams embeded app ring on a mobile device like a cell phone without having to have the normal RC app installed.
    This is true for both Apple and Android devices.
