    we need this functionality as well! The fax transmission should state the fax was received from my fax number NOT THE MAIN COMPANY NUMBER. Does not match where the fax was actually sent from. thank you!

    This is mind blowing to me. The RC Mobile App, does alphabetize the masking numbers by the name, which when you have over 200 physician practices for call masking, is essential to be in that sort order. How can the mobile app have this functionality, but it is not an option on the RC desktop app? How are other companies functioning efficiently without this feature? The other thing is when you select the number to call mask from, it deletes the name! this has got to be fixed! please.
