This has been one of maybe 2 or 3 total suggestions I have for the service, and I would like to see it implemented. I initially thought I was not understanding how to view and add numbers to a shared centralized phonebook for contacts outside of the organization. It seems like such a basic yet critical necessity that it would have been a feature since conception, considering this is a telecommunications service. I am not understanding why everyone's contacts are kept separate with no ability to save in a shared location. They say it is in the works, it's been about 6 months or so, so hopefully, it's launched very soon.
