    Have exactly the same issue. After our Company Greeting (and ... press this and that ... ) as final default needs to pop into VM immediately. Currently takes 8 seconds of silence, which is highly confusing and way too long.
    Our company message ends like this ...embarrassing.
    ".....press 9 for a company directory. To leave a message please stay on the line for 7 seconds to reach the voicemail prompt. "
