    For som
    e time now my patients from the business phone and no one has been picking up. I tried calling real Ives and friends from my business phone and only the number was showing up and not the business name. I decided to call RingCentral today to figure out what the issue is and why this is happening.

    After I spoke with a Tech Support team member she explicitly told me that this is a known limitation of RingCentral that the caller ID will never show to mobile phones, but only to landline phones.

    I was never told this when I was being sold this product and I feel scammed and my business itself as well as my patients have been harmed because of this issue. They all have been under the impression that this number is a robot and not a business because they never saw the color ID.

    If this is true, I will be proceeding with American Express to get every penny I have spent on you all to be returned, and I will be going with a different carrier as this has harmed not only people but my business.
