    In our business it doesn't make sense for individuals to SMS with clients. We use one email address that is managed by our entire admin team.
    To have one number that can be monitored by all team members is much more effective. That way regardless of who is working at any given time, someone would be able to reply to the client with an immediate response. Using our main line number would be best.
