    When a call is routed to someone's number, they don't answer and the caller hears a voicemail greeting, it would be idea to allow the caller to dial 0 for operator instead of leaving a voicemail. When 0 is pressed, the call would be forwarded to an external number, which is our case would be to a third party live call answering service.
