This is very odd because when our RingCentral instance was set up, we had several group queues that were set up this way, to have their voicemails go to another group queue vm box. I don't understand how this was done (I wasn't employed here yet) but it seems like RingCentral was able to make these changes be we are not. That doesn't make sense.
