    I can't describe how embarrassing it is as a Ring Central partner to have our client bring us a legitimate complaint about how their call display does not show up properly when they call their customers, investigate the RC portal and see that we have appeared to set the outbound call display correctly, to then contact partner support and be told that it is because RC doesn't care enough about their Canadian customers to make this feature available. The end result, tell your customer that there is no way to update their outbound call display so their customers have no idea who is calling when they call. In the year 2024... Makes us look so stupid and damages our credibility with the customer...
