Having errors happens. But not having the clarity of what the error is is incredibly frustrating. Is it a TCR issue, and invalid phone number, a rejected/blocked text, etc... Just to lump everything into "message cannot be sent" does not provide anything useful to enable it to be fixed. Separately, I also need you to look at why "failures" arent being reported to LOXO via the integration, as their system shows that all texts were delivered (which they werent) so their automated campaigns continue when they should be "paused" to ensure delivery before the next step. Please help!
