    Common Area phones to have the ability to: All outgoing calls are to be blocked, aside from emergency 000 calls in Australia and 111 calls in new Zealand

    Please include 000 for Australia and 111 for New Zealand.
    We have common area phones in a health environment and its critical that if needed all phones on every desk should be able to be used for emergency calling.
