I am a Medicare and health insurance broker. My Medicare calls must be recorded by law, but the ACA clients, so far, that's not a requirement. As my open enrollment season progresses, having the notes feature capture each call is an amazing feature; this way, if there is ever a discrepancy, we have the transcript. But having to download each one individually is very cumbersome and time-consuming, as I can have 10 calls a day. Having the bulk download available would be a wonderful feature. Just my two cents. Thank you!
