    This is a no-brainer! We can export everything but the notes the AI Generates??? Somebody fire the programmer who thought this through!

    The bulk AI Transcript feature would be a significant enhancement. Launching it sooner would enable businesses to review calls more efficiently and better coach their teams for improved performance.

    AI Transcript in bulk is key changer. RC should launch it at earliest as it will help businesses to evaluate calls and train team to efficient.

    I am a Medicare and health insurance broker. My Medicare calls must be recorded by law, but the ACA clients, so far, that's not a requirement. As my open enrollment season progresses, having the notes feature capture each call is an amazing feature; this way, if there is ever a discrepancy, we have the transcript. But having to download each one individually is very cumbersome and time-consuming, as I can have 10 calls a day. Having the bulk download available would be a wonderful feature. Just my two cents. Thank you!
