We need the ability to remove the direct extension option while people are waiting, as we often do not have the capacity to answer direct calls. We need everyone's phone to ring simultaneously so anyone free can answer the call. This is an issue when people are on holiday as they are still receiving calls to their direct extension, which is now illegal in Australia. This platform should give the ability to turn off the direct extension connection option, so we do not breach Australian law. It is now illegal in Australia to contact someone outside their working hours or while they are on leave. we currently have no ability to turn this off with this platform.
