Turn OFF caller ability to press an extension number while waiting in Call Queue Extension

This is a critical security and privacy issue. We recently confirmed through RingCentral’s low-level telephony logs that a caller waiting in our call queue entered extension 101 and was immediately connected to a senior executive’s personal Find Me numbers—even though that extension was set to “Do not accept queue calls.”
Administrators need a per-queue option to disable extension dialing while callers are waiting. Queue membership and availability settings should not be bypassed simply because a caller guesses or enters an internal extension number. Changing every sensitive extension number is not a reasonable or reliable solution.
Please prioritize adding a “Disable extension dialing while in queue” setting.

having people come through to our direct extension line is a serious issue as a small business. We need the ability to remove the direct extension option while people are waiting, as we often do not have the capacity to answer direct calls. We need everyone's phone to ring simultaneously so anyone free can answer the call. This is an issue when people are on holiday as they are still receiving calls to their direct extension, which is now illegal in Australia. This platform should give the ability to turn off the direct extension connection option, so we do not breach Australian law. It is now illegal in Australia to contact someone outside their working hours or while they are on leave. we currently have no ability to turn this off with this platform.
