    PLEASE GET RID OF PRIVATE MESSAGE FEATURE OR MAKE IT SO WE CAN ACTIVATE OR DEACTIVATE EASILY. MY TEAM CAN NOT LISTEN TO PRIVATE MESSAGES UNTIL I COME TO WORK SO IT IS AFFECTING THE BUSINESS

    so many unhappy customers I have so if this feature does not come in next few months. I will change the ringcentral to FInner and they have this feature. My contract with ringcentral ends in June so I am waiting for contract to be terminated.
