We were advised as Best Practice to have a separate Admin User Accounts from our RingEX user accounts for managing the Ring Central portal. We have SSO enabled for our RingEX user accounts but our Admin accounts are not in the SSO domain. Currently we are unable to set up MFA for our admin user accounts.
