This is a must for offices that use a team environment. It would also be helpful if you can see if a person is responding in realtime. For example, I work with Jack & Jane. we all monitor this phone #. a client sent in a text, and in realtime, I can see that "Jane" is responding, so I do not have to. SImilar to RCS messaging.
