This is a critical tool to ensure we are able to identify our students readily and streamline our work as we support many students within our cohorts across at the college. Having to search for our students with the current settings and filtering through thousands of students takes more time, and increases the likelihood for errors and duplication of information which the original setting allowed us to do with ease. Just like the use of text messages on our phones, it is imperative to have the history to see and understand the communication that is being sent out to the student to avoid duplication of information, and collaborate with others more efficiently by seeing the history of engagement which the original feature provided. We would like to request to have the SMS history return to its original feature. Thank you!
