I’ve been using the free version of the RingCentral app for years. I’ve noticed that while older free accounts remain active, newer ones expire quickly. Additionally, when an account expires, we are unable to use or re-add that same account to group chats for several days.
Could you please clarify why this happens and help us resolve this issue? We would like to continue using these accounts without unexpected expirations or delays in reactivation.
