Free guest account to convert to paid
There needs to be a smoother way to switch over a free account to a paid one. We had some employees that have free guest accounts to be able to chat with our teams. We now wanted/needed to get more numbers we added 2 numbers and was not able to add the users because the email address was already being used on the free account/guest account. In the free/guest account profile there is no option to delete this account to simply to resolve this problem quickly and easy within the same day. The support had to submit a ticket to someone else to get them to delete it. There was no tools available to the level one support rep on the line to assist me.

Currently there’s no way to make guests co-workers. I have an online school. All of my students have to create their own account like new companies with 1 member insread of being part of school’s company.

Why RC is marking this as "Already exists" when it DOES NOT?! Just the other day I ran in to this situation and had to temporary use a different email address for a new user just to get them setup while I worked with support to remove the free account the use created to test/experience the platform. What was even more frustrating was the fact that support had to get our sales rep involved to remove the free account so that we can reuse the email with paid account which added to the delay. The reason we need a quicker way to convert these free to paid accounts is because we use SSO login which depends on the default user company email address and when we cannot use that it creates a big problem.

Hi Becky I just went thorough this and this feature does not exist. We had to change the persons company email address to a personal email address so we can register the user as a paid user under our companies profile.
