Charging extra $250 per year for the same number (just two different locations) seems like price gauging. In todays world, I should be able to have a phone at my office and the same phone at my home for the same price. Remember I can not use them both at the same time.
Due to the fact that it is only one line (you can not use simultaneously) there should only be one charge.
