    Tech Support had me add an additional number to route through an IVR so robocalls could not get through. This was an additional 4.99 charge on my account. This should not be put on the customer to pay for robocalls/spam calls to be blocked.This is a service that should be included our general phone accounts since RingCentral is an online phone service company. stop nickel and diming your customers.
