    This is a critical issue. If our clients are screening their calls (which many of them do), we miss an opportunity to connect up with them on the first try. We then are forced to leave a voicemail, and push the task out to a future date. If and when they call back, they may not be able to connect with us immediately. This is a major issue and it directly impacts our efficiency and professionalism as a law firm.
