    This feature is critical for our firm, and based on the above, it is now a year behind schedule. According to the screenshot i attached from your website it is in beta testing and you can contact your admin to turn it on. I did and my admin had no idea what i was talking about and said he cant help. He transferred me to tech and said its not available and doesnt know when it will be. I get it says in Beta but if you are directing customers to their admin to turn it on still, they should be informed. This is critical as its always a bad look for us when we have to end calls so the person who started the call can jump off and then the team member who joined has to call back....
