Some of our users get excessive spam calls on a fairly regular basis. We have done everything we can to mitigate these calls using the tools that are available to us, but it seems like this is something RingCentral could do more to prevent. It is not always practical to change a user's primary phone number, call screening and robocall blocking does not prevent all or even most spam calls, and the DNC list has some well known limitations. I'm not sure what needs to be done or can be done from a technical perspective, but this issue is very frustrating for us whenever it comes up because it really feels like we're helpless to stop it.
