    This is an essential requirement across our three acute hospitals. When setting call-forwards, our Poly users must enter the site code + short extension number otherwise the call-forward doesn't work.
    when we started our roll out using the short code worked with our Polys without issue.

    Our hospital environment would really benefit from extended ringing. A nurse maybe dealing with a patient for an extended period of time but it possible a patient's relative may be calling in or a doctor with essential information. the extended ringing would allow for the patient to be dealt with and the call still answered.
