    It's wild to me that this feature isn't available for desk phone users. I want to have our CRM software pop up with the caller (based on phone number) when they call us. A fairly central feature to a lot of businesses.

    How hard can this be to implement through a desk phone vs the app? The app logs all the calls already so it must interface.
