Add Launch external app or website on DeskPhones
Add Launch URL capability on DeskPhones as well - currently only works on Desktop and Web App

Currently this feature only works when you answer a call on the computer...but we always answer our calls with our desk phones. So we need this to pull up the URL when we answer on our desk phones or cell phone app as it is critical that we have the customer info on our screens when we answer a call. This is something that our other branches have access to using 3CX phone systems so would like it to work with Ring Central. Thanks!
