This is what an admin on a business phone system with 1000+ user's needs. If your app lacks the ability to do this, you are showing how little your customers time means to you, or how little you understand about them. Going into each user to determine if they have say... a particular template applied... is an extremely tedious way to make sure that several hundred users at a location have identical configs set in a particular screen.

Since templates that are applied stay applied, even if the template is later deleted, there needs to be a way to list what users still have what templates applied. If you are going to treat templates as eternal in this way, and a customer has over 1500 users, and 40+ templates set up over 50 sites, suggesting that they go into each user individually to see what templates may have been applied shows an appalling lack of concern for that customer admin's time. If you want to be enterprise grade, you need to provide better management in this regard.
